In child development, you are graded based on: How you treat the children, your professionalism, how you act in class, and on your activities.
A Student's Experience
"It wasn't the easiest to get the children to open up, but once they did the class got funner. I personally enjoy the class since the kids are friendly. The only difficult part was when the kids didn't listen, so we have to be a bit strict. But it was easy to get a hang of the routine. There is never a bad day in that class." - Anonymous
Student's Role
Students create activities for the children based rotations such as art, music, and outside play. 2 students stay to work at each station. Students engage with the children in the activities, they ask them questions to work the children's minds, and encourage them in the activities. Students set up, clean, make sure the kids are following the rules, and guide them through the class.
